Termination, Rescission, and Default:

Arrow Industrial Sales, LLC shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate this agreement, in whole or in part, if you fail to pay the proper sum for the equipment, Buyer has violated applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights, or termination is required for fraud prevention, risk assessment, security, or investigation purposes.
  • B. Seller makes no representations in regards to the equipment being purchased by Buyer and Buyer assumes the entire risk as to the quality, condition, or adequacy of said equipment. Buyer shall be solely responsible for installation or operation of said equipment and for any latent or unknown defects in regards to said equipment.
  • C. If the Buyer fails to pick up the equipment by the specific pick-up date, the Buyer will be placed in default and will be subject to damages and liabilities to the Seller including, but not limited to, all storage fees, administrative fees, and the amount of any reduction in sales price upon resale of the goods by the Seller. Pending payment of the Buyer’s default, penalties, and any other assessed claims, damages, liabilities, and fees, the defaulting Buyer will be barred from bidding on any other listings on this or any other affiliated websites.
