Hymovis Hyadd4 zur intraartikulären Injektion Fertigspritze
Produktbeschreibung:
Hymovis ist ein steriles, pyrogenfreies Hydrogel, das mit Hyadd4 (hochreines, durch bakterielle Fermentation gewonnenes, natürliches Hexadecylamin-Natriumhyaluronat) in isotonisch gepufferter Lösung hergestellt wird. Dank der hohen Viskosität und Elastizität des Hexadecylamin-Natriumhyaluronats verbessert Hymovis die Gleitfunktion und Stoßdämpfung der Synovialflüssigkeit und schützt Gelenkknorpel und Weichgewebe vor mechanischen Verletzungen. Aufgrund dieser Eigenschaften, kombiniert mit einer verlängerten Verweildauer im Gelenk, lindert Hymovis im Rahmen eines kurzen Behandlungsschemas Schmerzen und verbessert gleichzeitig die Gelenkfunktion.
Zusammensetzung:
Hauptbestandteil: Hyadd4 (Natriumhyaluronat-Hexadecylamid), 24mg/3ml. Sonstige Bestandteile: Natriumchlorid, Dinatriumhydrogenphosphat-Dodecahydrat, Natriumdihydrogenphosphat-Dihydrat, Wasser für Injektionszwecke.
Anwendungsgebiete:
Hymovis ist indiziert für die Behandlung von Schmerzen bei Gelenkarthrose und für die konservative Behandlung von Meniskusschäden des Knies sowie zur Verbesserung der Gelenkbeweglichkeit, indem es die Viskoelastizität der Synovialflüssigkeit erhöht.
Art der Anwendung:
Hymovis ist nur zur intraartikulären Injektion vorgesehen. Das Produkt darf ausschließlich von einem Arzt verabreicht werden. Da die Spritze auch an der Außenoberfläche steril ist, darf sie zur intraartikulären Injektion auch im Operationssaal verwendet werden. Aufgrund seiner Viskosität muss Hymovis langsam und mit einer geeigneten sterilen Nadel (18 oder 20 G) in das betroffene Gelenk injiziert werden. Alle Vorschriften zur sterilen Verabreichung müssen strikt eingehalten werden. Gelenkergüsse müssen vor der Injektion von Hymovis entfernt werden.
Dosierung:
Bei Gelenkarthrose besteht ein Behandlungszyklus aus zwei Injektionen, die im Abstand von einer Woche verabreicht werden. Bei Meniskusschäden besteht ein Behandlungszyklus aus zwei Injektionen, die im Abstand von zwei Wochen verabreicht werden.
Gegenanzeigen:
Patienten mit bekannter Überempfindlichkeit gegen einzelne Bestandteile des Arzneimittels oder mit Infektionen oder Hauterkrankungen im Bereich der Injektionsstelle darf das Produkt nicht verabreicht werden.
Warnhinweise und Vorsichtsmaßnahmen:
Bei Anzeichen einer akuten Entzündung ist die Behandlung zu unterlassen. Die Sicherheit und Wirksamkeit von Hymovis bei Kindern und Schwangeren ist nicht nachgewiesen. Die Sicherheit und Wirksamkeit der Verwendung von Hymovis gleichzeitig mit anderen intraartikulären Behandlungen ist nicht nachgewiesen.
Die Spritze ist für den einmaligen Gebrauch vorgesehen ihr Inhalt darf nur in ein einziges Gelenk injiziert werden. Im Fall der Wiederaufbereitung und/oder Wiederverwendung kann Fidia Farmaceutici keine Gewährleistung hinsichtlich Wirksamkeit, Funktionalität, Materialstruktur, Reinheit oder Sterilität des Arzneimittels übernehmen. Eine Wiederverwendung kann zu Krankheiten, Infektionen und/oder zu schweren Verletzungen beim Patienten oder Anwender führen.
Hymovis darf nach dem auf der Verpackung angegebenen Verfalldatum nicht mehr verwendet werden. Das Verfalldatum bezieht sich auf das ordnungsgemäß in der Originalverpackung aufbewahrte Produkt. Hymovis darf nicht verwendet werden, wenn die Verpackung geöffnet oder beschädigt wurde. Arzneimittel für Kinder unzugänglich aufbewahren.
Nebenwirkungen:
An der Injektionsstelle können lokal begrenzte Nebenwirkungen wie z.B. Schmerzen, Schwellung/Erguss, Wärmegefühl und Rötung auftreten. Solche Symptome sind in der Regel schwach ausgeprägt und vorübergehender Natur. Stärker ausgeprägte Entzündungsreaktionen wurden in Verbindung mit intraartikulären Injektionen von Hyalonuronat beschrieben. Wie bei jeder intraartikulären Behandlung kann es in seltenen Fällen zu einer septischen Arthritis kommen, wenn für die Injektion die allgemein geltenden Vorsichtsmaßnahmen zur Sterilität nicht beachtet werden.
Wechselwirkungen:
Das Produkt darf nicht zusammen mit Desinfektionsmitteln verwendet werden, die quartäre Ammoniumsalze enthalten, da das Natriumhyaluronat-Hexadecylamid in ihrer Anwesenheit ausfallen kann. Zur Vermeidung potenzieller Wechselwirkungen sollte Hymovis nicht gleichzeitig mit anderen intraartikulär zu verabreichenden Produkten verwendet werden.
Aufbewahrung:
In der Originalverpackung aufbewahren. Nicht über 25°C lagern. Nicht einfrieren.
