How to collect
Urethral secretion solution; Large capacity of secretion from the urethral mouth. If there is no secretion, please slowly insert a cotton swab at about 0.8 inches (2 cm) at the entrance of the urethral, and immediately put it into a storage container after slowly releasing. (It will light when you urinate for a few days, but you don't have to worry about it.)
Urine: After the secretion is collected, place the first urine (about 0.7 fl oz (20 ml) of urine that has not been urinated for more than 2 hours).

Throat Head: Grow well with a little tap water and put in the container.
