We are closed on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays. All emails will be answered, all payments will be processed, and all packages will be shipped only during our business hours. Payments

Payments are processed in the order in which they are received. Shipping occurs Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Shipments typically go out within 7-10 business days after payment is received. After winning an auction or choosing a Buy It Now purchase, you will be notified by eBay via email. Select "Pay Now" to immediately proceed with the checkout and payment process. Payment is expected within 3 days of auction closing.

Shipping

We ship worldwide via USPS. International buyers and customers from HI, AK, APO/FPO should contact us for shipping quotes before bidding. Items are usually shipped 7-10 business days after payment is received. We are not responsible for service transit time. Transit times are provided by the carrier, exclude weekends and holidays, and may vary with package origin and destination. International buyers are responsible for duties and customs fees. We also ship via UPS ground services. Tracking numbers will be sent to all customers upon package shipment. UPS is not available for HI, AK, APO/FPO, and international shipments except Canada. No local pick-ups.

Returns and Exchanges

No returns for handmade items

Other, non-handmade items, must be in the original condition and returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt. We will refund your original amount minus a 20% restocking fee. In the rare instance where we make a mistake, you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling. Please note: you will receive the exact item that you bid on in the condition stated in the auction. Requests for substitutes on products won may be accommodated but must be made prior to completing your order and will incur an additional handling fee. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Shipping and handling are not refundable.

Import Duty: Everymarket collects applicable duties and taxes on goods imported into the U.S. at checkout, it's calculated based on the goods value multiply by the rate. For United Kingdom and China goods is 10%, Germany, Italian and Japan goods is 15%. We are committed to making your U.S. shopping experience simple and transparent.
