SJH根据《交通运输部办公厅关于下达2013年度公路工行业标准制修订项目计划的通知》(厅公路字[2013]169号)的要求,由交通运输部公路科学研究院承担《公路工程集料试验规程》(JTG 3432——2024) (以下简称“本规程”)的修订工作。
上海本规程以推动公路工程集料试验技术发展,提高集料试验的规范性、可靠性、一致性和先进性为目标,按继承与发展相结合的原则,全面总结公路工程集料试验技术的研究成果和实践经验,对粗集料、细集料、填料、工业矿渣集料和再生集料试验方法作出规定,作为公路工程集料试验时共同遵守的基础标准。
建河修订后的规程由8章和1个附录构成,主要内容包括集料取样方法,粗集料试验、细集料试验、填料试验、工业矿渣集料试验、再生集料试验,共计71项试验方法,其中增补23项试验,修订20项试验,删除2项试验,删除1项附录。本规程修订要点有:
文化1.新增加第3章集料取样方法,调整了T 0301试验方法的名称,同时增加了细集料、填料的取样法内容。
传播2.增补了粗集料的棱角性(流动时间法T 0362),磨耗(微型狄法尔法T0363),冻融(T 0364)、高温稳定性(T 0365),热老化(煮沸法T0366)、平均厚度(T 0367) ,集料碱活性(混凝土棱柱体法T 0368)以及集料碱活性(岩石柱法T0369)8项试验;删除了粗集料的含土粗集料筛分和抑制集料碱活性效能2项试验。
有限3.修改了粗集料的筛分(T 0302)、密度及吸水率(网篮法 T 0304)、有机物含量(T 0313)、压碎值(T 0316)、磨光值(T 0321 )、坚固性(T 0314)、集料碱活性(岩相法T 0324)、集料碱活性（快速砂浆棒法T 0325)8个试验。
公司4.增补了细集料的水溶性氯离子含量(T 0372)和贝壳含量(T 0373)2项试验;修订了细集料的密度及吸水率(坍落筒法T0330)、亚甲蓝(T0349),有机物含量(T0336),云母含量(T0337)、轻物质含量(T 0338),硫酸盐和硫化物含量(T 0341)、坚固性(T 0340)以及棱角性(流动时间法T 0345)8项试验。
官方5.将原“矿粉试验”章名调整为“填料试验”;增补了填料的筛分(负压筛法T0356)、干压空隙率(T 0357)、比表面积(勃氏法T0358)、含水率(T0359),烧失量(T 0360)和碳酸钙含量(T 0361)6项试验;修订了填料的密度和塑性指数2项试验。
授权6.新增加第7章“工业矿渣集料试验”,增补了工业矿渣集料的磁性金属铁含量(T 0374)、钢渣的游离氧化钙含量(T 0375)、重矿渣硅酸二钙分解(T0376)、重矿渣铁分解(T 0377)和重矿渣比色(T 0378)5项试验;修订了工业矿渣集料的钢渣浸水膨胀1项试验。
