How to keep from Gummies going dried up or stale? Keep them relative humidity at 35% to 40% during drying. Go too high and Gummies stay sticky in the bottle. Go too low and you create stale or drying up. Dried up or not, the results in weight loss will be the same.

What to do if Ashwagandha Gummies are stuck together or melted? Put them in the Fridge to get cooled off for 24 hours. They are just gummies and there are a slight chance that they might melt during shipment. The quality of the gummies are fine nothing is lost just it's shape. You may put them in the Fridge over night. And you may cut them in pieces. You will need to measure out 1 gram, or 2.5 ml cup per serving size when cutting these after being put in the fridge to make the product harder if arrived melted. Keep in mind that it's hotter in USPS shipping vans and this is out of our control and at times maybe hotter then normal. If this is a problem please do not buy.

Make sure you are over the age of 18 years old and not nursing or pregnant while taking this supplement.
