The Max Burton® Induction Interface Disk is an accessory for induction cooktops that allows the use of most non-induction rated cookware such as aluminum, copper and nonmagnetic stainless steel. Constructed of two 8” diameter, 18-10 stainless steel plates with a layer of aluminum between the two to evenly conduct heat; and a heat resistant handle.

Applications: Use with any cookware including copper, aluminum, non-magnetic stainless steel, etc.

1. Returning/Exchanging:
- If your product arrives defective or damaged, try refusing delivery from the Carrier.  That will allow us to ship a replacement unit quickly.  If refusing delivery is not possible, contact us and we will send you instructions for the return/exchange.  Please do not return a product until you receive the Return Authorization (RA#) and instructions from us, as the product might end up lost if returned without an RA#.  In such case no refund will be possible.

2. Time allowed for Returns:
- If you need to return a product for any reason, you can do so but you have to report the issue and request the return within 7 days of receipt and the return has to be postmarked within 30 days of receipt of the original shipment to you.  After 30 days returns or exchanges will not be accepted.

3. Condition of Returns:
- In order to make a return, the product must be in NEW condition, with the ORIGINAL BOX, all the Accessories, Paperwork and Packing Materials intact, exactly as you received it. 

4. Shipping & Handling Costs:
- If the return is due to our error, we will pick up the product at our expense. If the return is for any reason other than a fault of our Company, shipping and handling charges will be your responsibility. In this case you will have to ship the product back at your expense and in case the listing had free shipping, we will deduct any shipping cost we had when we shipped the product to you. If you do not like the product, or no longer need it, or it lacks a feature you were hoping it had, or it has a feature you didn't expect, or the listing was not clear enough for you, this is not considered our fault and we will not issue a shipping label for the return. 5. Restocking Fees:
