  • Oven:
    Without pre-heating, place the cushion on the backing tray of your oven with a cup of water, using backing paper.
    Circulating air oven: place at mid-height at 130°C for approx. 9-11 minutes
    Lower and upper heat: place at mid height at 150°C for approx. 9-11 minutes
  • Microwave:
    Place the cushion in the microwave at approx. 600 watts (mid setting) for 1 ½ minutes. If the cushion has not reached the desired temperature, shake it well and warm it again for 15 seconds, if necessary, repeat this operation until it has reached the desired temperature. Please make sure that the microwave plate is clean and that it can rotate freely.
  • Radiator:
    If you only need a little warmth, simply place the cushion on the radiator for few minutes.
  • Cooling cushion:
    Place your cushion in the refrigerator or in the freezer for a few hours. Pack your cushion hermetically in order to avoid unwanted external odours.
