■ The oil has become hardened.
Because of the natural materials, it is easy to harden at low temperatures, and it may become hardened when the product arrives. Store in a warm place with a heated and it will dissolve. Do not use this product as it is very dangerous when heated with a stove.

■Where to put it on?
For those who want to feel the fragrance, we recommend using them on the inside of the wrist, on the back of the neck and behind the ears. For moisturizing care, please avoid areas with thin skin, mucosa, or roughed skin, and in areas where dryness is concern.
