After we make our confirmations then we will replace the defective item with an equivalent item. If a replacement is not available, PLC Toolbox Supply will refund the cost of the item. PLC Toolbox Supply will not be responsible for resulting damage to items or components caused by either internal or external equipment or shorted connections.
