Protein Synthesis and Key Amino Acid!

Scientific studies have indicated that increases in muscle cell volume may help improve the efficiency of protein synthesis and might help limit proteolysis (or muscle breakdown). When muscle tissue concentrations of glutamine and taurine decrease, protein synthesis can be compromised and proteolysis can be increased. The best way to take GKG is to consume six capsules within 30 minutes following a workout on an empty stomach.
