随着信息技术以及电子商务的不断发展,“互联网 回收”的在线回收行业应运而生。虽然在线回收具有方便快捷、回收成本低以及回收价格透明等众多优势,但作为新兴的回收模式依然存在诸多运营管理问题亟需解决,由此提出了本书的科学问题,即在线回收企业的回收再售策略选择研究。针对O2O回收模式下的现状问题,通过对回收再制造、在线回收与再售以及政府政策等相关文献的回顾,提出本研究的四个核心研究内容:首先,考察在线回收商的再售动力问题,解决在线回收商是否要进行再售的关键问题,具体研究内容为:1)在传统无再售的闭环供应链模型基础上考虑回收成本优势以及再售行为建立在线回收模型;2)考察政府回收处理基金对在线回收商回收再售策略的影响。其次,研究在线回收商的再售渠道选择问题,解决如何再售的关键问题,具体研究内容为:1)在在线回收模型的基础上,分析在线回收商对回收品的再售渠道选择问题,即代理模式还是自营模式;2)在上述研究的基础上,进一步探讨政府消费者补贴政策对在线回收商再售渠道选择的影响。通过本书的研究旨在为在线回收企业提供行之有效的回收再售方案,同时为国家相关补贴、基金政策提供建议,助推我国资源循环利用体系建设和绿色经济发展。

李增禄

男,河南宝丰人,西南交通大学管理学博士,河南大学商学院讲师,主要研究方向为信息不对称下的供应链决策优化、电商渠道建设以及回收再制造等。在《中国管理科学》、《管理工程学报》、《运筹与管理》、《工业工程与管理》以及《软科学》等中文知名期刊发表论文20余篇,以合作者身份在International Journal of Production Economics、International Journal of Computational Intelligence Systems和Managerial and Decision Economics发表多篇文章。参与多项国家自科基金青年项目(71601162)以及面上项目(71672153,72071165),现主持三项厅、省部级项目。
