Cardamom is the queen of spices and cardamom 8mm is the largest in the cardamom category. This graded cardamom is specially graded in an 8mm filter. Most of them are handpicked after machine or filter grading.

Cardamom is a common ingredient in Asian cooking. It has a strong, unique taste, with an intensely aromatic fragrance. Green cardamom is one of the most expensive spices by weight, but little is needed to make the flavor.

The small green pod with black seeds contributes considerably to gastrointestinal protection, cholesterol control, relief from cardiovascular issues, and improvement of blood circulation in the body.
