HOW DO YOU USE THE EAR OIL?
Warm oil in heat-safe container & microwave for 10 seconds (NEVER put the dropper bottle
in the microwave) or warm in a water bath, making sure no water gets inside the bottle. Test
on the back of your hand before dispensing oil in your ears. Dispense 3-4 drops of warmed oil
into the affected ear & plug with a cotton ball for 30 min. For best results, you can lay
down on your side when applying to allow the oil to penetrate the entirety of the ear canal.
