I've been using this product for about a year and will never go back to kitchen sponges. I like their size, the material used. I have several and just toss them into the laundry. They clean very well and can be put in a hot drier as well. This package is going to friends who haven't tried the product yet.

Answer: Yes! In fact it’s perfect for that. Anytime I get something baked on to my glass cooktop I break out this and a little bartender’s friend cooktop cleaner and between the two the cooktop is clean in no time.
