Domestic ShippingStandard Orders (those orders that do not include items that are overweight, over-sized or require special shipping regulations) will be shipped via the specified carrier and will be delivered between one and five (1-5) business days. Orders may arrive in multiple packages and on separate days, depending on type and volume of product ordered. Certain items have special shipping regulations and require the customer's signature at the time of delivery. Orders are typically shipped within one business day of order. At this time, Splash Super Center does not offer any expedited shipping options.
International ShippingA selection of our products may be offered to international customers using eBay's global shipping program. This program allows us to offer a selection of our product internationally while only shipping domestically. These products are shipped to a domestic eBay facility and then shipped internationally via eBay. Due to this we do not have control of the shipment once it departs eBay's facility. Any questions regarding international shipping must be asked directly to eBay's customer support.
Returns
In the event you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the receipt of your order, provided that the item is unopened, clean and in resalable condition. To receive a refund, all return requests must be initiated by using eBay's return feature. A Return of Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number will be issued and must be clearly visible on the return package. The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the original purchaser. Returns without an RMA will result in your refund being delayed or denied. Please allow 21 business days from the date you return your package for your refund to be credited to your original form of payment. Please note that not all items may be returned. These items include: opened solar and winter covers, custom safety covers, pool liners, robotic pool cleaners, drop ship items (items not stocked), pool or spa chemicals and swimming pools. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
