8.5" x 7" forms, offset printed with black ink

These high quality custom printed business forms are offset printed.


Print whatever you like on your forms. Please ask if you have any questions or need another size or quantity of form.


The 8 1/2" x 7" sheet is a nice size; a little extra space compared to the standard half sheet size of 8 1/2" x 5 1/2".

These standard NCR color forms are white, yellow and pink (top sheet is white; 2nd sheet is yellow, bottom sheet is pink). The 3 sheets are glued into sets, and easily separate when you pull them apart. When you write on the top sheet, it copies to the yellow and pink sheets beneath.

Shipping time varies with custom printing, as we may require your approval for the layout proof, to verify colors, type styles, etc. Standard carbonless forms will typically be shipped within 5-7 days of the proof approval; more complicated forms may take longer. Great care is taken during packing to ensure safe transit. We use strong boxes, bubble wrap, recycled paper and recycled anti-static peanuts to protect your item. Combined Shipping - If you purchase more then one item at the same time, we will combine the items when possible into one box to save on shipping charges. If an item is damaged from shipping by any carrier, please notify us within three days of delivery (keep the box and packing material so the shipper may inspect the damaged package when filing the claim). INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Prices shown for shipping DO NOT include any Duty, Import, or Brokerage Fees, or any other fees or taxes associated with and collected by international shipping carriers, other than the actual cost of shipping the product. Shipping: Standard Domestic Shipping within the United States charges first item USD 6.99 and additional item USD 3.0 each. Standard International Shipping from United Kingdom, Germany, Italian and Japan to the United States charges first item USD 11.99 and additional item USD 4.0 each.
