How to use

Setting up your Toastie Tummy


Ensure your Toastie Tummy is fully charged by inserting the USB cable (provided) in to the port at the bottom of the device and attach to a USB friendly power source. The Toastie Tummy may take up take up to 3.5 hours to fully charge. All the lights will flash when the device needs charging. 

 


Heating Setting:


1. DO NOT USE ON BARE SKIN. Only use with a layer of non-synthetic material clothing between device and skin. Device heats up very quickly. If heat becomes uncomfortable STOP using. Place device on your desired area and connect the strap around your body for handsfree use. 


2. Press down the heat on/off button for 2 seconds to turn on the heat function.


3. Tap the heat on/off button lightly to switch between the 3 heat settings. On first use, use with heat level 1, increase level only if comfortable. If you switch off this function, it will save your last used setting and when you turn the heat function back on it will resume at this setting. 


4. Press down the heat on/off button for 2 seconds to turn off the heat function. 

 


Vibration Setting:


1. Place the device on your desired area and connect the strap around your body for handsfree use. 


2. Press down the vibration on/off button for 2 seconds to turn on the vibrate function.


3. Tap the vibration on/off power button lightly to switch between the 3 vibration settings. If you switch off this function, it will save your last used setting and when you turn the vibrate function back on it will resume at this setting. 


4. Press down the power button for 2 seconds to turn off the vibrate function. 


YOU CAN USE THE DEVICE WITH BOTH THE VIBRATION AND HEATING SETTINGS ON AT THE SAME TIME OR INDIVIDUALLY. 


DEVICE WILL AUTOMATICALLY TURN OFF AFTER 30 MINUTES.
