Shipping Policy
We will ship almost all items within 1 business day. All items ship from Kansas City MO and take 2-5 days depending on shipping service. On rare occasion, USPS or FedEx may delay a package. Please understand this is out of our control.

We use UPS Surepost and USPS Ground Advantage for Most of our packages.

USPS Ground and Priority. We have a daily (M-F) USPS pickup at 1030am CST, if your label was created before this time it was picked up same day, if it was created after this time it is on the next day pickup.

PLEASE NOTE IMPORTANT: Our pickups are commercial pickups, the truck comes and takes items by the pallet, this means, it will not scan in like it would if you drop at post office. This very often causes a delay in the first scan. The items go directly to Kansas City Distribution Center, most of the time the first scan will happen here, the night of pickup. However, our distribution center has progressively gotten worse at scanning these in. Often, we will see scans that skip KC entirely and don't get scanned in until it reaches buyers local distribution center.
We get a lot of messages of people asking if an item has been shipped because no update in tracking, but the answer is yes. We carry all items on hand so if we print a label, it is put on your package and placed in pickup within minutes of label being printed, so based on time scale listed above USPS will have your package. 
Obviously, this is inconvenient to not have updated tracking the entire process, but most of our packages get delivered within a very timely matter and ones that don't are out of our control.

If you need quick guaranteed delivery we would recommend contacting us and upgrading to UPS ground or 2nd day air. 

UPS Surepost - This is a service where UPS handles the first half of the transportation, they then get it near the delivery location and hand it off to USPS for delivery. USPS will then deliver the item. Your UPS tracking number will work for tracking the package, however once handed off to USPS if you want more frequent updates on UPS webpage when searching tracking you can find the USPS tracking number associated with the package. 
PLEASE NOTE: If you are in Alaska Hawaii or any other Non Contiguous US location, Surepost if often very delayed, and if needing package soon please contact before purchase for other delivery options.

All UPS packages are picked up daily around 4:30pm CST, if your label was created before 4PM your package very likely is on the pickup for that day. UPS won't scan in packages on acceptance until they reach distribution center which is usually overnight the day of pickup.
