Keep the device off before placing the pads on you then please turn the device on and pick the one of massage modes . Please after picking the modes press the "+" to increase to intensity level. If you are using A and B channels at the same time you need to increase the intensity for each channel. Please press the "A=B" button the change the channel. 
  • NOTE: Every time you change the massage mode intensity will automatically go to down.
  • The timer will turn off the appliance when the set time has elapsed.
