Packages over 4 lbs will normally ship UPS ground. We offer several different options for shipping both domestic (USA) and international orders. Our preferred carriers for our orders are US Postal Service or UPS. We ship most items worldwide. When ordering from outside the USA, transit times to your location can vary greatly.

International Orders: When ordering from outside the USA, transit times to your location can vary greatly. International buyers should expect item delivery from 17-40 days based on your country location, customs, and chosen shipping method. We do provide tracking numbers with all our items. Some country's offer only limited tracking when standard shipping is selected.

Returns: Furniture Rehab will refund or exchange any furniture repair part/parts or product we sell that does not fit or work. We guarantee your purchase to be as described. Should you receive any product that does not work or is not represented properly we will gladly exchange the item or refund your purchase. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to to arrange for a return. For any questions or comments please use the Ask Seller a Question link in the listing. When purchasing our furniture parts, please measure carefully and ensure you have the knowledge/ability to handle your project. We are always happy to answer questions and will help any way we can.  Returned items that are not due to a Recliner-Handles fulfillment issue will not be refunded initial shipping costs and may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns must be received in the condition sent. All our items are new and must be returned in original packaging with all manuals, parts, accessories etc. included or the return will be refused. For hygiene and health reasons mattresses, bedding, pillows and like items must be returned in un-opened original packaging. If opened these items will not be accepted for return.
