Es ist deutschsprachiger Pop in einer neuen Qualität, den der Wiener Liedermacher Ariel Oehl und der isländische Multiinstrumentalist Hjörtur Hjörleifsson da entwerfen. Ziemlich trockene Beats, feinste B-Riffs und dreamy Synth-Zauber: Das reicht hier schon ganz oft, das ist die Grundlage, auf der Ariel Oehl uns seine poetischen Miniaturen darbietet - immer ein wenig melancholisch, immer mit einem Zauber in der Stimme.
