These are burp-less. This product is entirely plant-based. It's partly from the Evening Primroses, as shown in the photo. That's part of our back yard where we don't mow, but Youngevity doesn't source them from us. Besides, we have pesticides back there!
But these are smaller gelcaps, thus easier to swallow. However, we now prefer the more expesive EFA Plus gelcaps, from fish, for their added ingredients.
