作者简介

中华中医药学会感染病分会副主任委员，中国中医药研究促进会温病分会副会长，世界中医联合会中医抗病毒专业委员会常务理事。近五年担任教材主编2部：西学中培训教材，温病学（山东科技出版社）、本科生教材《中医健康管理学》（中国医药科技出版社）。教材副主编3部：全国统编研究生教材（人卫版）1部、全国统编本科教材（人卫版）1部、全国统编研究生教材（中国中医药版）1部。

前　　言
吴瑭，字配珩，号鞠通。生于清乾隆二十三年（1758），卒于清道光十六年（1836）。江苏淮阴人。清代温病四大家之一。著有《温病条辨》《医医病书》《吴鞠通医案》。其代表作《温病条辨》，为温病学部理法方药具备的典籍。其理论溯源《内经》、问道张仲景、发扬吴又可、师承叶天士、博采众医家，摅己生平心得，合而成书。六淫邪气均有论述，以温为主，外感内伤皆有涉猎，重在外感。“自温而热而暑而湿而燥，一一条分缕析”（朱彬序）。“学者诚能究其文，通其义，化而裁之，推而行之，以治六气可也，以治内伤可也”（汪廷珍叙）。创立了三焦辨证理论体系，以温热、湿热两大纲，系统地论述了四时温病的病因、病机及证治。其方约而精，创制了诸多实用方剂，如银翘散、三仁汤、安宫牛黄丸等。在当今突发传染性疾病的中医治疗中，《温病条辨》方剂的疗效厥功至伟，突显优势。
