作者简介
姜德友,男,汉族,53岁,中共党员,现任黑龙江中医药大学基础医学院院长、教授、博士生导师、国家中医药管理局重点学科带头人。姜德友率领全校*的教学单位,积极打造优良院风,实施精品工程,探索以“科学化、民主化、制度化、规范化、文明化”为核心的“五化”管理原则,科学治院,使学院近年来教学科研等各项工作成绩斐然。学院现有多个国家和省部级重点学科,十余门国家、省级精品课程,多名教师在国家和省级教学比赛中获奖。近年来承担国家、省部级等各类课题数百项,获奖励数十项。他首倡龙江医派,倾力打造黑龙江省中医药文化与学术品牌,编写《龙江医派丛书》,创办全省首届龙江医派学术文化节,创立黑龙江省龙江医派研究会,为丰富龙江特色文化做出了突出贡献。在他的带领下,学院连续多年荣获省“教育系统先进集体”、市“三育人”先进集体等荣誉称号。
