吴清忠
著名养生专家;台湾从事人工智能研究和开发的专家。曾在台湾工业技术研究院从事机器人研究,在台湾生产力中心推动台湾的工业自动化发展,也曾多年在大型企业任高管职务。多年以前,由于工作过于忙碌导致健康发生问题,因此与中医结缘。中医让他重拾健康,同时他也被这种神妙而有趣的科学所吸引,从此淡出职场,专心研究中医养生及相关仪器的开发。2002年他完成《人体使用手册》,草稿在网上广泛流传;2005年,修订本在中国台湾和大陆分别出版,成为中国年度畅销图书,引领中医保健图书的出版热潮;2008年,他写成续集《人体使用手册2:人体复原工程》,成为“一式三招”的修习指南,同样畅销至今;2013年,他完成了《人体使用手册:儿童健康养成手册》,希望在培养孩子的阶段,就引导他们养成良好的生活习惯和脾气性格,帮助孩子减少一些未来可能发生的病。
