运用气化技术,将橙汁做成了啤酒的质感,形态口感足以乱真。喝到嘴里让人质疑这到底是啤酒还是果汁,也许分子料理就是这样,虚虚实实、虚实相间。
制作步骤
将橙子手榨出橙汁200g 备用。将二氧化碳装入气膛中。打入 7 分满橙子 500g,在橙汁中加入乳化剂。打入苏打瓶中。将成品摆好备用。
