作者简介

海平，研究员，青海省药品检验检测院院长，青海省医学学科带头人。青海省中藏药现代化研究重点实验室主任，青海省药学会副理事长、青海省食品安全风险评估专家委员会首席专家。主要从事药理毒理、药品检验、质量控制研究等。主持国家“八五”重点攻关课题子课题、国家科技重大专项子课题等30余项。获青海省科技进步奖，有省级科技成果26项，专利6项，编写出版学术著作及科普书籍9部，发表论文78篇，组织完成药品标准制修订近200项。
王水潮，主任药师。曾任青海省药品监督办公室主任、西宁市食品药品监督管理局局长、青海省药品检验所所长职务。药品GMP、GSP认证检查员。发表论著30余（部）篇，期刊发表论文27篇。曾获青海省科技进步奖2项，青海省卫生厅科技三等奖2项，中国药品生物制品鉴定所优秀成果奖1项。近几年主要从事青海枸杞为主的道地药材研究与开发工作。

青海柴达木盆地是茄科植物宁夏枸杞(Lycium barbarum L.)的传统产地，barbarum是用地名确定的种名，原意是“北非洲的”，译为非洲枸杞，现传译为“宁夏的”，L.是1753年发现该物种的瑞典植物学家林奈的名字缩写。宁夏枸杞是1959年《中药志》确定的该植物的中文名称，并非专指宁夏产区的枸杞，中国其他地区野生与种植的该物种都称为宁夏枸杞。该物种产于柴达木地区的果实是《中国药典》中枸杞子的重要来源之一，被称为“柴杞”，属商品“西枸杞”规格。枸杞子具有滋补肝肾、益精明目的功效，用于虚劳精亏、腰膝酸痛、眩晕耳鸣、内热消渴、血虚萎黄、目昏不明等症。现代研究表明，枸杞子具有增强免疫力、抗肿瘤、延缓衰老、降血脂、降血糖、抗氧化、增强造血功能等药理作用。1988年枸杞子被卫生部确定为食药两用品种。随着我国中老年人数量的增加，人们回归自然、注重保健的意识不断提升，枸杞子国内销售市场呈现快速增长趋势，而且不断突破“中华文化圈”，作为一种健康营养增补剂，得到欧美消费者青睐，被美国人称为喜马拉雅山“中国雪果”。近年来枸杞子国际出口量逐年递增，行业人士有“枸杞市场在宁夏，市场品质在青海”的赞誉。在大健康背景下，柴达木枸杞产业发展前景十分广阔。
