海平,研究员,青海省药品检验检测院院长,青海省医学学科带头人。青海省中藏药现代化研究重点实验室主任,青海省药学会副理事长、青海省食品安全风险评估专家委员会首席专家。主要从事药理毒理、药品检验、质量控制研究等。主持国家“八五”重点攻关课题子课题、国家科技重大专项子课题等30余项。获青海省科技进步奖,有省级科技成果26项,专利6项,编写出版学术著作及科普书籍9部,发表论文78篇,组织完成药品标准制修订近200项。
