作者简介

田 欣,1985年出生于徐州,私教康复导师、资深理疗私教培训导师。山东省康养瑜伽研究院特聘讲师。自2010年正式教授瑜伽以来,始终坚持以人为本、因材施教,严格遵循安全科学高效的教学准则,为行业培养出一大批技能与职能兼备的高素质瑜伽教学者。

王 莉(笔名:慈伽),1970年出生于中医世家,亚健康管理师,中国健身瑜伽六段,WL(王莉)康复理疗瑜伽课程体系创始人,山东省康养瑜伽研究院特聘讲师。王莉既是瑜伽的受益者也是传播者,2004年由于颈椎和腰椎出现严重问题开始练习瑜伽,潜心研习运动康复理疗瑜伽多年,将医学康复、运动康复、瑜伽三者相结合,在瑜伽教学实践中积累了许多成功案例,并在全国各地分享课程让更多人受益于瑜伽。
