This is the best hand cream on the market for very dry and cracked skin on the hands. In Winter time, no matter how much lotion I put on, my hands are always very dry. What's worse, I develop split spots on the ends of my fingers which are extremely painful and hard to heal. ( I have to tape them with sport tape and leave them covered with tape for 2 to 3 days to heal. Nothing else works!) With this product, used faithfully, I have far fewer split spots. This is rather expensive hand cream but it's worth every penny.
