My hairstylist recommended these pills so I was definitely skeptical at first but I was like I’ll give them a try. I’ve only been taking two per day not even the recommended dose and I can definitely tell 100% that my hair is much thicker. My hair stylist today also noticed new hair growth. In 50s and been using for almost 6 months, at start had significant hair loss / bald spot in middle of head but now some thin black hair has regrown in the previous sparse/empty areas. Not a huge, thick amount but more than before such that bald spot is now growing some hairs across it and am happy with the results.Will continue using to see if hair gets thicker, seems like it will if things continue this way. The product arrived in a timely matter, thanks Amazon. As for the product itself, the maker ask the user to take 4 caps at once with a meal. I found that direction to be no problem. Since I have just started using this product I can't tell if it's worth the price being asked for. The maker suggests that a user needs to take it for least 6 months. To me that seems reasonable because just taking vitamin supplements usually requires a 3 month period to evaluate whether its having an effect thats positive or not. Again, for me, I'd expect a year or so to see any real favorable results before passing on any recommendations either for or against the use of this product. What I can say is that this product was suggested by a doctor who does hair restorations. He felt that the product offer great support in the area of maintaining what hair needs to grow. But lets be clear, no one need be confused about this formula helping to grow new hair, it doesn't work that way. It may only help maintain that which you already have, and that is all it does. If your hair is thinning or you're experiencing male/female pattern baldness you need to consult a doctor who specializes in this type of procedure. I did, that's why I've come to use this very specific product to help me maintain what I already have going on.
