说实话,为这本书写译者序,让我颇有点诚惶诚恐。作为一名工作多年的工程师,主要和代码打交道,没有什么管理经验,真不好意思在这里“指手画脚”。在本书的前言中,作者非常翔实地描述了本书面向的读者、写作动机及其理念,在此就不再赘序。译完这本书,切身感觉还是受益颇多,了解了一些自己从不知道的、也许从未曾想到的知识,而且可以暂时抛开那些天天琢磨的功能实现细节,试着跳出自己的思维习惯,跟随本书作者的思维,从管理人员的角度考虑一些整体、宏观上的问题。
