30-Day Return Policy
You have 30 days from receiving your item to initiate a return. To start a return, please contact us at [email protected]. Upon acceptance, you'll receive a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags/packaging.
- Returns must be in original, resalable condition.
- Ensure returned items are well packaged.
- Use a trackable, insured return shipping method.
- We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method.
- Returns in-store are refunded to the original payment method or as a store gift card.
- Mail-in returns are refunded within 3-5 business days post-receipt.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for returns to reach us.
Nonreturnable Items
- Computers, laptops, Kindles >30 days post-delivery.
- Gift cards, prepaid game cards (subject to law).
- Grocery, live insects, certain jewelry, health/personal care items.
- Customized products.
Damaged or Wrong Products
If your order is flawed or incorrect, contact us at [email protected] with photos for a return label. We'll ship a replacement upon tracking the return.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original item and make a new purchase.
