现为作家,兼任京都造形艺术大学讲师。1972年生,大阪人,毕业于关西大学。曾任职于株式会社ACTUS,后经历北欧留学生活,2007年开始成立自己的工作室,撰写设计、家饰、北欧、建筑、手工艺等领域的文章。著有《北欧布织品指南》《跟着照片去旅行北欧事典》(以上由诚文堂新光社出版)《北欧设计现场:来自北欧巨擘的建筑×家私×工艺之美学与创新》(中文版由悦知文化出版)等书。
