萨缪尔·艾斯托伊克(Samuel Estreicher)是纽约大学法学院教授,劳动法中心主任,是美国的著名学者,也是国际著名的比较劳动法和仲裁法的专家。他在哥伦比亚大学获得法博士学位(JD),并曾担任《哥伦比亚法学评论》主编。从1978年起在纽约大学法学院工作,他已经出版了十多本专著,发表了150多篇专业学术论文。曾任美国律师协会劳动法专业委员会秘书长,纽约市劳动法专业委员会主席,《劳动法重述》的主要报告人。
