I've used Baby Foot several times and somehow always missed the part about soaking your feet with water first. It really helps. Wearing some big socks over the booties also helps to keep the solution against your skin. Also, be sure to do the treatment plenty of time in advance if you are doing it before going somewhere where your feet will be in display. Mine started peeling on day six and took about two days to finish up, but my friend's took two weeks to start and peeled for nearly a week.

I’ve been very embarrassed of my feet for a while. They were so gross; cracked heels, warts, callouses so thick I couldn’t feel much of anything down there… Now they’re actually not disgusting to me anymore.The pack contains one bootie for each foot. As others have said, try to put them on wherever you intend to stay for the next hour. It’s scary trying to walk in these. Make sure you wiggle your toes around and move your feet a little while they’re in the treatment, just to make sure it gets everywhere it needs to. I did also like wearing socks over the booties. I think it helped keep the treatment closer to my feet. I let my feet sit in the treatment for about an hour and a half, then I hobbled over to the tub to wash my feet off (try to avoid any moisturizing soaps if possible). Then I put on my socks and waited.You can see in my pics that one day after I was already cracking a little. I’m not sure if it started working so fast just because I had really rough feet maybe? I did also soak my feet almost every night before bed, and used a pumice stone afterwards. (Note: once most of the skin is peeled be very careful when using a pumice, I accidentally scraped the top of one of my feet up a little. There wasn’t dead skin to take off anymore.)It’s ten days after I used the treatment initially and it’s almost finished peeling. This stuff is magic. I should have taken a before and after photo, but I didn't. I've been using two different feet grinders which were just not really working for me. My feet were super dry, and there was a layer of harden skin on parts of my feet that lotion couldn't penetrate. My heels were so dry, calloused, and were starting to look like they were going to crack. So, I decided to try this, and WOW! It feels like my feet are how they use to be. I'll probably have to do one more for the harder sections of my feet, but there is no way I am going back to grinders.What I did was soak my feet for about 20 minutes before I put on the exfoliation boots so that my feet can soften up. I wore the boots for one hour, then I took them off and cleaned my feet. At day 4-ish, I soaked my feet again for 30 minutes. My feet started to peel at day 5. When they started to peel, I took a loofa and scrubbed my feet (not too hard) so that can help the skin fall off. The whole process took about 2 weeks starting with the day I used the exfoliation boots to the end of skin peeling.10/10 will do again. I strongly recommend this. My only regret is that I hadn't tried this sooner.

I've heard about these for years and put off buying one because I generally have somewhat sensitive skin and was worried that it would dissolve my body from the ankles down. I hate feet, hate them, so I am really lazy about giving myself pedicures and have never had a professional one done because the only thing worse than touching my own feet is letting someone else touch them. Feet. Eew. *shudder*Needless to say, my feet were in horrible shape. I have hard, calloused spots on the sides of my feet, bad heels and pads, arches that need exfoliation, and just dry ugly skin every where. These arrived on a Thursday and I just couldn't wait to try them.- The packaging says to soak your feet first to better results. I didn't bother. I had just showered, so my feet were still somewhat soft from that, so I just rewashed them and jumped into it. Hindsight, I would've soaked them for 20 minutes in a epsom salt bath. Not sure if it would actually help, but it would be worth testing next time.- The instructions recommend putting socks over the booties while they work. I did this, because I figured if it helps my hairmasks to have a shower cap on, it can't hurt here. Warmth helps things soak into the skin better. It also helped the liquid to settle next to my skin better. I felt like, without the socks, my feet just swam around in the booties.- I found the liquid annoying to wash off at the end. I washed from the knees down, just to make sure I didn't miss anything and still had to go…
