Details: How to apply: Step 1: Wash area where the hair is to be removed with soap and water. Thoroughly pat dry. Step 2: Warm wax by rubbing strips briefly and gently between your hands. Step 3: Determine the direction of hair growth before applying a wax strip. PRESS ON wax strip firmly in the direction of hair growth. Step 4: Immediately tighten the skin with one hand and hold the end of the waxed paper with the other. Reverse the direction of the hair and tear off the waxed paper quickly and decisively. Step 5: Keep your hand as close to the skin as possible. If the strip is peeled too slowly, the wax will remain on skin and hair will not come off. Immediately apply firm pressure to the waxed area with fingertips or the palm of your hand to reduce reddening. Step 6: Repeat Steps 1–5 until the area is free of hair. Step 7: After waxing, if there is wax residue on the skin, the residual wax can be stuck off with wax paper or wiped with a special wax remover. Note: 1. When pre-waxing, if there is no adverse reaction, please be sure to keep dry and clean, and test in a small area of skin before waxing. 2. Please do not wax the injured and allergic skin. 3. To obtain a good hair removal effect, the hair at the depilation site needs to be 2-3cm long. 4. When applied to the face, the wax paper should be cut into small pieces 1 cm wide and 3 cm long. When using underarm parts, they should also be cut to a suitable size.

We ship to all 50 states; Washington, DC; U.S. P.O. Boxes; U.S. territories; and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. The shipping  methods offered during checkout will differ based on your shipping address. 

Some items carry an additional delivery charge due to weight, size, specialty packaging or freight delivery. These delivery  charges are clearly listed on the items they apply to and are not eligible for any combined or reduced shipping offers. 

Gift cards, packaging, taxes and prior purchases do not qualify toward the minimum purchase requirement and offer  cannot be applied to such items. Eligible customers must select this option during checkout in order to receive free  shipping. Offer is good for the order’s first ship-to address anywhere in the US (including Puerto Rico). Delivery Times: 

Standard shipping will take estimated 3-7 business days within US and estimated 3-12 business days for foreign countries.  Please note that these are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery time depends on a number of variables, and there may be  delays such as bad weather affecting air transport, or a package being held for inspection by Customs. EveryMarket is not  liable for any delays in international transportation or customs clearance. 

Shipments can be delivered directly to most addresses, except post office boxes. However, in certain remote areas, there  may be an additional delivery charge or you may need to pick up your package from the closest service location of  our shipping partner. 

Shipping Status: 

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking  number. 

If you don't receive a shipping confirmation email right away, don't worry! We know the delivery  date or date range provided at checkout and we'll be sure to deliver the items within that  timeframe.

Once your order has been confirmed, it is modified or canceled.

If you've successfully placed an order and haven't received it yet while the tracking status shows it' s  delivered. you'd wish to contact the carrier to hunt out your Cover as once the item is Covered we  have control over it (once it’s by the carrier), but if still persists kindly email us

Refund Processing 

• Returns to a EveryMarket store will be refunded to the original form of payment or gift card. • Mail-in returns with our prepaid return label will be refunded back to the original form of payment within 3-5  business days after we receive your return. Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to arrive at our Returns  Center. 

• Note: It may take a few days until your bank posts the refund to your account.
