Step 1

Open the back of the LED light and remove the plastic tab below the batteries. Rinse the mouth tray with warm water and attach it to the LED light.

Step 2

Fill the front surface of the mouth tray on both the top and bottom with 0.5 ml of gel. Insert the light with tray into your mouth and place firmly over your teeth.

Step 3

Press the power button to turn on the light and whiten your teeth for 30 minutes. The LED light will automatically turn off and beep in 10 minute intervals for your convenience.

TIPS:

 

  • Repeat daily for 7-14 days or until desired results are achieved.
  • If necessary, you may also whiten without the tray by applying the gel directly to your teeth with a cotton swab and inserting the light in.
  • After whitening for 7-10 days consecutively, we recommend waiting 4-6 weeks before whitening your teeth again.
  • Store gel in a cool, dry places. Do not freeze or microware.
