2 CLEAN-Make sure your skin is clean and dry.
3 PROTECT-Apply Nipple covers for protection.
4 TAPE-Apply tape as needed and smoothen out any wrinkles.
5 TRIM-Carefully trim any breast tape according you need.
How to remove?
1 SATURATE-Completely saturate the tape in oil. Use enough oil to soak through the adhesive and it starts loosening.
2 REMOVE-Slowly pull the tape off. Do not remove the tape at 45 angle . but instead pull it back against itself. Apply more oil if needed. DO NOT RIP IT OFF.
3 CLEAN-Use a cotton ball and oil to remove any remaining glue from your skin.

2. Cut a small piece of tape and stick it on the skin of your arm,then tear it off after 6 hours.
