How to use the mucus relief device correctly? Four steps to clear the lungs and remove mucus:

Relax your entire body, hold the device in one hand and place it in your mouth, and keep your mouthpiece level with the ground. Please note that the opening on the cover of the device should be kept clear and not covered with another object. |
