HOW TO USE CLIONE LASH LIFT KIT
- Clean lashes with a CLIONE PRIME Lash Shampoo to remove makeup/dirt/debris.
- Apply CLIONE PRIME primer to lashes avoiding skin and eyelid. Apply from base of lashes to tips.
- Choose the correct size pad for eye size and desired curl.
- Apply sensitive crystal glue to the silicone pad and place on the upper lid close to the lash line. Be sure no lashes are caught underneath the pad.
- Apply sensitive crystal adhesive to the pad and use a flocked tip applicator to adhere lashes to the pad.
- Once lashes are adhered completely use Y-comb to straighten lashes on pad. Be sure lashes are laying straight and not crossing over.
- Apply eye drops to the eye to ensure eyes maintain moisture.
- Use a clean flocked tip applicator to Apply Step 1 Lifting lotion to lashes avoiding tips. Leave on for 9-13 minutes. (Time will vary depending on Lash density)
- Wipe off Step 1 lotion with clean flocked tip applicator
- Apply Step 2 setting Lotion with clean flocked tip applicator. Leave on for 8 minutes.
- Wipe off Step 2 with a flocked tip applicator.
- Apply Step 3 nourishing lotion to lashes. Nourishing lotion will help hydrate treated lashes as well as dissolve crystal adhesive so that lashes detach from the pad.
- Remove Silicone Pad from eyelid. If any sensitive adhesive remains on skin gently rub off with flocked tip applicator and step 3 nourishing lotion.
- Lash Lift should last 6-8 weeks. Use CLIONE PRIME Lash growth serum to help maintain lash health.

Apply CLIONE PRIME Primer to lashes using a micro swab gently stroke away from lash line, being sure to avoid skin. |
Step 2: Prepping the Eyelash Silicone Pads Choose the correct size of silicone pads. Measure pad to your eye and lash lengths. Be sure to choose a pad where the lashes will not reach the upper dent of the silicone pad. (Pads can be trimmed for smaller eyes) Apply sensitive crystal soft glue on the inner side of the silicone pad 3 times. |
Step 3: Where and How to Place Them It is advised to curl your lashes using an eyelash curler before you place the silicone pads as close to your eyelash line as possible. Please make sure not to leave any eyelash hair under the silicone pads, while you place the silicone pads as close to the lash line. |

Step 6: 1st Sachet (Lash Lift Lotion) Using a flock tip applicator apply the 1st lotion (Lash Lift Lotion) carefully avoiding the tips of the lashes. The developing time for each lash type is as follows: - Very thin lashes: 9 minutes - Normal lashes: 11 minutes - Thick lashes: 13 minutes After the developing time has passed, use a clean flocked tip applicator to wipe off lotion. Plastic wrap can be used to help speed processing time. Brush your lashes with a soft hand to see the final look. Lash lifting lasts for up to 6-8 weeks. It is recommended to continue treating lashes with CLIONE PRIME lash growth serum to help maintain lash health. To start a return, you can contact us at cs@everymarket.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

- Gift cards (except as required by law)

Refund:
• Purchases may be returned within 30 days of the shipping date for a refund.
• Refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
• Refunds for orders purchased with EveryMarket Gift Cards and/or EveryMarket Notes will be issued as a EveryMarket Gift Card and mailed to the original billing address. Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash unless required by law.
Refund Processing
• Returns to a EveryMarket store will be refunded to the original form of payment or gift card. • Mail-in returns with our prepaid return label will be refunded back to the original form of payment within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Please allow 5-7 business days for your return to arrive at our Returns Center.
• Note: It may take a few days until your bank posts the refund to your account.
Claims:
Claims related to the product. Be sure to check the details of your purchase carefully before you make the payment, and check the contents of the package(s) promptly upon receipt. If you have a problem with the product, visit our Support Center to find out about return shipping arrangements.

If you discover your order is flawed please contact us Mail: cs@everymarket.com. With photos of the wrong product we will providing a return shipping label. Once it is tracking we will ship a replacement a product immediately.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
